Ultra fast chocolate cake (microwave)





Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (serves 8):

For the cake:
- 125 g chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g flour
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 100 g of butter
- 3 eggs

For the icing:
- 2 tablespoons water
- 60 g chocolate
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar

Preparation of the recipe:



Melt chocolate in a large bowl 1 min on maximum power.

Add the butter in pieces, and annealing 1 min; mix well out of the oven.

Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl, add the chocolate and the butter, flour, baking powder and cream.

Parchment paper lined the bottom of a round mold (diameter 22 cm) transparent to waves (Pyrex type), and pour the mixture.

Cook 5-6 minutes on maximum power and check for doneness: a knife should come out clean, even if the surface of the cake seems you wet.

Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

Prepare the topping when slightly cooled cake: Melt the chocolate with water and icing sugar 40 seconds on maximum power.

When melted, stir well and add 2 tablespoons of cream; pour over the cake.




remarks:
Very fast, bottom cake in the mouth. And cooking with microwave is perfect. If you want to lighten it, you can remove the sour cream in the cake (I did it once by mistake, the cake is just a little less sweet). And unless you put in the glaze, the more it will be dark. matter of taste!
