Chili con carne
ingredients
Minced meat 500g
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green pepper
1 bay leaf
1 laurel branch
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp pili pili or Espelette
750g red beans
1 peeled tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
25 cl broth
salt
PREPARATION

Peel the onion thinly. Peel the garlic and chop it.
Cut the peppers into small cubes. In a frying pan, over high heat, brown the ground meat in a drizzle of oil. Mix only when the meat is colored.

Add the onions and chopped garlic. Sprinkle. Add the diced peppers and cook over high heat 3 to 4 minutes. Season the chili, cumin and pili pili. Add the tomatoes and red beans. Pour the broth halfway up chili and cover the pan or casserole dish with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
